This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while completing your placement year. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you'll become part of a busy, supportive team where no two days are the same. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, learning and development, HR systems and people projects, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while developing the practical skills and confidence needed to kick-start your HR career. You'll be trusted with real responsibilities from day one, supporting managers and employees across the business, contributing to live HR projects and helping to deliver an excellent employee experience. The role provides a strong administrative foundation while giving you exposure to all aspects of a busy, generalist HR function. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Process employee lifecycle changes, including starters, transfers and leavers. Support probationary review processes and other HR administration. Ensure personnel records are maintained accurately, securely and confidentially. Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers. Recruitment
