Your new opportunity: Reporting to the Key Client Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-quality customer service across the Motorfreight division. Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal operational teams. The role involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating information between departments, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of transport operations through the completion of associated administrative activities. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customer requirements are understood and communicated effectively, helping to maintain high service standards and support efficient service delivery.
