About the role As the volume of data generated across our systems, vehicles and operations continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys working with data, solving problems and uncovering insights that can support better business decisions. Working across different areas of the Group, you will develop a strong understanding of our operations and use data to help us analyse performance, identify trends and opportunities, and improve how we measure and understand our business. You will be confident working with large datasets, with practical experience of Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI. You should also be able to interpret complex information and communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders. What you'll do Contribute to the preparation and development of weekly reporting across each company within the Group. Analyse, interpret and present key business data and insights to senior management. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Identify trends, patterns and opportunities within data to support informed business decision-making. Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests in a timely and accurate manner.
