Working Hours: Various shift patterns available:
- Monday to Friday - rotating 05:30 to 15:00 & 08:00 to 17:00 (Flexibility to cover weekends)
- Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 16:00 / 10:00 to 19:00 - Rotational weeks (Flexibility to cover weekends)
- Nightshift - 18:00 - 03:00 - Monday to Friday
Woodside Haulage is the largest division of Woodside Logistics Group, delivering full trailer loads across the UK and Ireland, with depots in Ballynure, Dublin, and Preston.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning and coordination of our haulage fleet and drivers, overseeing the safe and efficient movement of full trailer loads across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and bring a proactive, detail-driven approach to transport planning within a large-scale haulage operation.
- Plan drivers and vehicles efficiently to maximise delivery and collection performance
- Accurately book, monitor, and update consignments on the Transport Management System (TMS)
- Coordinate with drivers and driver trainers to support completion of all required training
- Work closely with fleet maintenance to ensure vehicles and equipment are available for servicing and MOTs
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Transport or Traffic Planning role
Proven experience using a Transport Management System (TMS)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
