About the Role: The Trainee Transport Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of a busy transport operation, learning all aspects of transport administration, customer service and operational planning. Whether you're leaving school, looking for your first office-based role, returning to work, or considering a career change, this is an opportunity to join a supportive team and learn a new profession from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to the Transport Team
- Update transport systems and maintain records accurately
- Support transport planners with daily operational activities
- Communicate with drivers, customers and internal departments
- Learn transport planning principles and industry best practice
- Support continuous improvement and team objectives
