What are we looking for?
We are looking for HGV drivers that hold a C+E licence to join our team at our operation in Ballymena or Ballynure. You will be undertaking Milk Farm collections / deliveries on behalf of Woodside Tankfreight and its customers.
Job Description:
The role requires general driving duties, observing current legal and best practice, delivering and collection to/from our customers premises. Loading and delivering of food / non-food grade goods on behalf of major blue-chip companies. Full and ongoing training will be provided by our team of dedicated Driver Trainers.
Pay rates: Competitive rates
Essential Criteria:
- A full UK C+E licence (essential)
- Digital tachograph card and driver's CPC qualification card.
- Minimum of 12 months previous class 1 driving
- Previous experience in milk collections
- Able to maintain a good standard of driving.
- Clean license preferable but up to a maximum of 6 points is acceptable.
- Able to demonstrate right to work in the UK.
- Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations.
Desirable Criteria:
- Minimum of 12 months previous class 1 Tanker driving experience.
