The Head of Curriculum Impact ensures every pupil experiences The Woodside Way through consistently high-quality curriculum implementation across the Group. The role, focused across the East and West Midlands, translates strategic intent into everyday practice, working in partnership with school leaders to build consistency, strengthen implementation and continually improve educational outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with schools and the wider Education Team, building strong relationships and championing professional trust, evidence-informed improvement and shared accountability, supporting schools to embed agreed approaches in a way that enables every learner to achieve their potential.
