We’re seeking an experienced L&D professional to design and lead our L&D program. This is a hands-on volunteer role for someone who enjoys working independently to create impactful training and development opportunities.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Learning and Development Co-ordinator to lead the creation and implementation of our L&D program from the ground up. This volunteer role is ideal for someone with a background in learning and development who is ready to take ownership of designing and delivering training initiatives that will support the growth of our team. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing a structured L&D plan, sourcing or creating learning materials, and putting systems in place to track progress and impact. As this is a new role, you\’ll have the freedom to shape the direction of our learning culture—but also the challenge of doing so with minimal existing structure or support. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact in a values-driven organization, while gaining strategic experience in a lead L&D role.
