This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-structured finance team within a highly commercial manufacturing environment, offering genuine development and long-term career progression.
The role will sit within a strong and experienced finance team, led by first-class leadership with a clear track record of mentoring and developing aspiring accountants. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across management accounting and financial reporting, with the opportunity to build deep understanding of manufacturing finance, cost control, and commercial performance.
The business places real emphasis on professional development and offers a full study support package for ACCA or CIMA, alongside structured on-the-job learning.

You will be comfortable working with month-end processes, reconciliations, analysis and supporting management accounts, and be motivated by the opportunity to broaden your skill set within a busy and evolving finance function.
This role will suit someone with drive, dedication and tenacity, who is able to work autonomously when required while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. The ideal individual will have a clear ambition to become a fully qualified accountant and will thrive in a commercial, hands-on manufacturing setting.
You will be keen to take on new challenges, quick to pick up new systems and processes, and comfortable working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. In return, the business offers strong backing, high-quality mentoring, and the chance to develop at pace within a growing organisation.
This opportunity would suit an Assistant Management Accountant or similar-level professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive yet demanding environment, where hard work and commitment are recognised and rewarded.
