About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Melbourne studio, working within our workplace team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality, design‑led environment, with a strong focus on workplace projects.
About You
- 7–10 years of relevant Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience, with a strong focus on workplace projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture (or equivalent)
- Strong design capability, with a well‑developed eye for detail and a confident design voice
- Proven capability in project management including managing project programs, deliverables, and resourcing
- Strong understanding of designing to project budgets
- Proven experience leading client meetings and presentations
- Experience leading consultant coordination meetings and managing stakeholder engagement
- Ability to direct and mentor junior team members, contributing to team performance and culture
- Demonstrated experience leading drawing packages across design and construction phasesStrong documentation capability, including coordinated schedules and specifications
- Ability to confidently liaise with suppliers and consultants
- Clear and compelling communication skills, both verbally and visually, with a collaborative and proactive approach

- Spatial planning, including test fits and interior schemes
- Ability to create presentation materials in InDesign, including diagrams
- Ability to independently deliver Revit documentation, including drawings, schedules and specifications
- 3D modelling and visualisation, including rendering and image editing (Enscape preferred, Rhino, V‑Ray, Adobe Suite / Photoshop, and AI tools)
