Interpret and implement client information requirements (e.g. EIR, AIR) into project workflows.
  • Information Systems and Governance: Establish and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) structures, workflows and protocols. Monitor information quality, structure and integrity across all design disciplines. Act as the primary point of contact for information management across the design team.
  • Coordination and Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate coordination across internal teams and external consultants to ensure consistent and compliant information exchange. Ensure alignment with project delivery obligations. Support the team to embed practical and effective information management processes.
  • Delivery Assurance: Monitor compliance against project requirements, identify risks and implement corrective actions where required. Capture lessons learned, and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards.
