We are looking for an
IT Infrastructure Security Specialist to join our global IT team at Fläkt Group and help us strengthen and evolve our cyber security landscape.

This is a UK based role working remotely, with travel to our Colchester site when required.
Your responsibilities
- Operate and enhance core cyber security services and technical controls
- Ensure compliance with cyber security standards and frameworks (e. g. NIS2, NIST)
- Support internal and external security audits and compliance activities
- Handle cyber security incidents (analysis, response, containment, remediation)
- Monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and identify security gaps
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners
- Contribute to security-driven projects improving overall security posture
- Maintain and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security or IT infrastructure security
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies (M365, Entra ID, Purview, Azure Security, endpoint security)
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (e. g. NIS2, NIST)
- Experience in incident response and security operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
