Responsibilities
- Ownership & Strategy: Own the Fan Selector tool roadmap and vision, aligning it with business goals. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the tool. Ensure the tool reflects our product catalogue accurately both technically and commercially.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and IT to gather and manage inputs. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Data & Technical Oversight: Ensure engineering data is correctly formatted and input using standard templates and procedures. Manage country-specific selection rules and ensure compliance with local regulations. Coordinate system changes, testing, and releases via Paramet and other platforms.
- Commercial Integration: Integrate selling prices, costs, and product data to support commercial decision-making. Support product launches through Stage 5 publicity campaigns and ensure timely updates in the selector.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the tool\\\'s functionality and user experience. Drive automation and standardisation of data inputs and processes.
- Customer Engagement & Training: Represent the tool in customer interactions, ensuring it remains intuitive and informative. Provide training and support to internal teams and external users.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product ownership or product management, ideally within a technical or engineering-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, data management, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, IT, and marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Data Literacy: Comfortable working with technical data, templates, and pricing structures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a continuous improvement mindset.
