We’re now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our operations.

About The Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Improvement Leader, you will work across the factory to improve processes, support production, and drive efficiency. You will play an integral role in continuous improvement, new product introduction (NPI), and day‑to‑day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support day‑to‑day production and resolve manufacturing issues quickly
  • Conduct time studies, routings, and process improvements
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring design for manufacture and assembly
  • Manage tooling, fixturing, and layout changes
  • Ensure EHS compliance including risk assessments and hazard management
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Project teams to improve processes and future‑to‑proof operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of assembly processes and factory operations
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies (e.g. SMED, Poke-Yoke, TPM)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience in process improvements or automation
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • HND or Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
