I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, skilled, and engaging Director of Clinical Services (DoCS) to join a dedicated and dynamic team at a Private Mental Healthcare organisation here in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a period of positive transformation within a quality-driven organisation. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will: ? Report directly to the Hospital Director. ? Provide operational leadership to clinical teams (nursing & therapy). ? Shape the hospital\’s future by driving strategy and clinical excellence. ? Cultivate professional relationships with external health & social care partners. ? Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and professional standards. Qualifications and experience: ? Must be registered with either NMC or HCPC ? A detailed understanding of statutory regulations is essential ? Passionate about providing high quality care and continuous improvement ? Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills essential ? Forward thinking, proactive and creative ? The ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment ? High levels of integrity and boundaries ? Experience of working at a supervisory or managerial level within a relevant clinical setting; minimum 2 years working as a Ward Manager or equivalent ? Experience of managing a clinical budget ? Strong background within leadership and people management ? Experience of leading, implementing and reviewing quality initiatives in a related environment ?
