We’re working with a well-established, family-run commercial catering business that’s expanding its operations across the North East, and looking to welcome a skilled engineer to its growing, close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical or Gas Engineer to move into the commercial catering space, with full training and support provided. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment
- Working on a variety of client sites (restaurants, pubs, schools, care homes, etc.)
- Diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and delivering excellent customer service
- Participating in a 1 in 5 weekend on-call rota (with paid overtime)
- Representing a trusted, family-run business with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Electrical or Gas Engineer (domestic, commercial or industrial)
- COMCAT qualifications welcome but not essential – full training will be provided
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive approach
- Personable, reliable, and eager to develop your skills
