The Role:
- Field-based position covering the Midlands, including: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas
- Service, repair and install a variety of white goods appliances (focus on washers & dryers)
- Deliver strong first-time fix rates and exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate job records and manage van stock
- Work independently and collaboratively with the wider engineering team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced White Goods Engineer with strong domestic appliance repair skills
- Confident diagnosing and repairing multi-brand appliances
- Full UK driving licence
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Gas qualifications (CCN1 / CKR1) beneficial but not essential
