Power Tool & Lawn Mower Repair Engineer
Location : Walsall (Onsite / Workshop-Based)

Salary : £28,000 – £30,000 basic (depending on experience)

Hours : Monday to Friday | No travel | No on-call

We\’re working with a well‐established business in Walsall looking to recruit a Power Tool & Lawn Mower Repair Engineer to join their onsite workshop team.

This is a hands‐on role focused on the repair and servicing of power tools and lawn mowers. A strong mechanical background is essential; electrical training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

Repair, service, and fault‐find on power tools and lawn mowers

Mechanical strip‐downs, rebuilds, and diagnostics

Workshop‐based repairs and testing

Maintaining high safety and quality standards

Recording work completed and parts used

The Ideal Candidate

Mechanical engineering background essential

Experience with power tools, lawn mowers, small engines, plant, automotive, or similar equipment

Electrical experience beneficial but not essential

Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills

Reliable, hands‐on engineer seeking a stable, long‐term role
