We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Careers Teacher (ECT) with a genuine passion for teaching and learning. You will create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic, social and emotional development of every child. With strong planning and delivery skills, you’ll inspire curiosity and a love of learning across the curriculum, adapting lessons to meet diverse needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and families to promote pupil progress, wellbeing and positive behaviour.

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching within a primary setting. You will be a reflective and collaborative practitioner who values teamwork, innovation and continuous professional growth. With strong classroom management, a sound understanding of the national curriculum and a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and high standards for all learners, you will help every child thrive.
