We are looking for an excellent RE practitioner or current RE Leader with the following qualifications:
- A proven track record in raising pupil attainment as KS4 and KS5.
- High aspirations and expectations of what can be achieved.
- An understanding of how children learn and the complexities of this process.
- The skills to work successfully as a team member, establishing effective working relationships and flexible working practices.
- Experience of working in unity and collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils and the school community.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the drive and determination to inspire a team.
- The ability to lead on educational progress, achievement and enrichment experience, including trips, rewards and clubs.
- A measured, positive and inclusive approach to education.
- The ability to be kind, positive and committed to the school’s inclusive ethos.
- The ability to be flexible, calm, work under pressure and manage change effectively.
