We are looking for a highly skilled, organised & motivated Data Manager who will play an integral part in managing and developing the school's data systems. The ideal candidate will be:
- Accurate, reliable, and flexible, able to work on their own initiative
- Possessing strong analytical skills, paying close attention to detail and accuracy
- Experienced in managing, analysing and reporting on large data sets
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Having very high expectations of what can be achieved
- Knowledgeable about GDPR and data protection requirements
- Skilled in IT, including advanced use of spreadsheets and databases with experience of working with management information systems
- Able to follow direction and work in close collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils and the school community
- Kind, positive and committed to the school’s inclusive ethos
- Flexible, calm, able to work under pressure and manage change effectively
