Woodmansterne is looking for a Packing Co-ordinator to lead our team of packers on the production floor at our MK facility, reporting directly to the Post-Production Packing Manager.
This is a hands-on, operational role. You\’ll be in the thick of the action, planning and directing day-to-day pick-and-pack operations, supporting your team, and ensuring stock conversions are completed on time, in full, and to the agreed standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a floor-based team of packers.
- Plan resources to meet critical production dates.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff into experts in packing processes.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Identify and implement improvements to the packing operation.
We\’re looking for someone proactive, practical, and enthusiastic—someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced production environment.
