Wood Mackenzie is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Talent Development function in Edinburgh. This role coordinates the shared mailbox, LMS, course calendar, training records and reporting, enabling the wider team to focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences.
You will administer courses and training in the LMS, schedule internal and external courses, track spend against budget and build dashboards.
