Position: EYFS Teacher Required from September 2026

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, dynamic and experienced Early Years teacher to ensure that our children have an outstanding start in their school life.

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • a track record of good or better classroom practice, particularly in the Early Years Foundation Stage;
  • the ability to work effectively in a team;
  • an excellent understanding of how young children learn and enjoy meeting the challenges that being in EYFS can bring.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • fully supportive of our CARE values, child-centred ethos and restorative approach;
  • an excellent, in-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum, provision and end of year assessment requirements;
  • very high expectations of your teaching, children's progress, attainment and behaviour;
  • a commitment to develop and exceed all children’s potential, regardless of their starting points;
  • clear drive and ambition, with a dedication to continuous professional development;
  • the ability to communicate effectively with parents/carers, children, governors and staff;
  • adaptability to change, new developments and initiatives;
  • excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • a positive attitude to challenge, self-motivation and a good sense of humour;
  • a strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
