- Week One β Thursday 10:30 β 19:00 and Sunday 9:00 β 15:00
- Week Two β Thursday 10:30 β 19:00 and Saturday 13:00 β 18:00
- Week Three β Thursday 10:30 β 19:00, Saturday 13:00 β 18:00 and Sunday 9:00 β 15:00
- Week Four β Thursday 10:30 β 19:00 and Saturday 8:30 β 18:00
- Week Five β Thursday 10:30 β 19:00, Saturday 08:30 β 18:00 and Sunday 9:00 β 15:00

About the role
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
- Registering new clients
- Dispensing medications
- Taking payments
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to achieve key performance targets, client satisfaction and engagement
- And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
What we\βre looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist
- Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
- Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
- An excellent communicator with strong empathy
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
