The practice has a large, well established nursing team, with 12 nurses based in Plymouth and a further 6 at Ivybridge. We have nurses who hold surgery certificates and dental certificates – we are very supportive of individual development. The role is part‑time as a consult only nurse, working 20 hours per week, with a 1:4 Saturday morning rota (4.5 hours). Working days are typically Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with shorter shifts, although there is flexibility around this. Based in Plymouth, we're lucky to be a mix of cultural, historic, and recreational spots – great for unwinding after work. A good work/life balance is important here. The role is also commutable from Ivybridge, Kingsbridge, South Brent, Totnes, Liskeard, Callington, Tavistock and other surrounding locations in Devon and Cornwall.
