Fixed term contract for the full 2026 - 2027 academic year. We are seeking to appoint a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our very supportive, hardworking and enthusiastic team at Woodlands Park Primary. The role involves working across the school with possible 1:1 elements during the day.
We are looking for someone who:
- is self-motivated, flexible, resilient and a team player.
- can use their initiative in the setting and adapt provision to meet the needs of the children.
- is an effective communicator.
- is dynamic, resilient and hard working with a positive nature.
- has experience of delivering interventions for children and can create and maintain a purposeful learning environment.
- has high expectations and understanding of behaviour of all pupils.
Applicants must have Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE and a NVQ 2 or 3, or equivalent TA qualification.
