We are seeking to appoint a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our very supportive, hardworking and enthusiastic team at Woodlands Park Primary. To work 1:1 with an EYFS child.
We are looking for someone who:
- is self‑motivated, flexible, resilient and a team player.
- can use their initiative in the setting and adapt provision to meet the needs of the children.
- is an effective communicator.
- is dynamic, resilient and hard‑working with a positive nature.
- has experience of delivering interventions for children and can create and maintain a purposeful learning environment.
- has high expectations and an understanding of behaviour of all pupils.
Applicants must have Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE and a NVQ 2 or 3, or equivalent TA qualification.
