This is an excitingopportunity for a colleague who is passionate about supporting young people tothrive academically, socially and emotionally. Working closely with tutors,families, teaching staff and external agencies, the successful candidate will leadpastoral provision for a year group, ensuring that every student is supportedto achieve their full potential.
The role willinclude:
- Leading and supporting a team of tutors.
- Promoting excellent attendance, behaviour and engagement.
- Supporting student wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion.
- Working in partnership with parents and external agencies.
- Developing positive relationships that enable students to succeed.
- Contributing to whole-school pastoral development and improvement.
