We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing Lettings team at our Horsham branch. Are you a dynamic, energetic person looking to be part of a growing business and like a challenge? If so, we could have just the role for you. Join our team as a new Property Manager.

The must have’s:
- Experience: This role requires someone with previous Property Management experience. Length of time doesn’t matter but a good knowledge and understanding of how it works is essential!
- An eye for detail: This job requires someone with a penchant for perfection! Do you strive to provide the best care for people and take pride in what you do? Well, in this role you can really make a difference to people and being on the ball with all the different clients and tenants we have as well as getting to know our properties is essential.
- Customer Service: Yes, you will be meeting and dealing with a variety of people and challenges each day. No two days are the same, so you will need a little patience and a thick skin to get you through. Customer Service is our number one priority, no exceptions!
- Self-motivation: You need to be able to work in a team but also have a proactive approach to problem solving. Think on your feet, solve the issue and you will be rewarded with a satisfying feeling!
- Basic Computer skills: We don’t need Steve Jobs but if you know your way around a computer that is a massive bonus and will make your life a lot easier!
- A set of wheels: You will be visiting properties to carry out inspections and legionella assessments, so a car is essential in this role.
