Woodlands Home & Garden Group is a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of garden buildings, including sheds, summerhouses, and log cabins. Operating across three sites in Rodley (LS13), Thornbury (BD3), and Horsforth (LS18), we continue to grow and invest in our people and operations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives with a valid FLT licence to join our team at our Rodley site. You will work as part of a busy warehouse team, supporting the movement, handling, and preparation of timber products. The role involves a variety of warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment and suits someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Picking, packing, and handling timber products
- Operating FLTs, pallet trucks, and banding machinery
- Supporting finishing and preparation of products
- Maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse area
- Working to targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Valid FLT licence (required)
- Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
