We design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality timber buildings to customers across the UK, combining practical craftsmanship with scale and innovation. Role Overview
The Safety and Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all Woodlands sites operate safely, legally, and consistently, with strong controls, clear standards, and proactive risk management. This is a hands‑on leadership role, focused on embedding safe ways of working, maintaining compliance, and building internal capability rather than relying on reactive fixes or external enforcement. The role provides clear ownership for safety and compliance across the business and supports leaders in creating a culture where people go home safe every day.
40 hours (start & finish time to agree) Salary – negotiable (depending on experience)
