Join a fast-moving operations team at one of the UK’s leading garden building manufacturers. Woodlands Home & Garden Group is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Administrator to support our Planning and Logistics operation. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play an important part in keeping information accurate, paperwork flowing, production records updated, and operational teams supported across the business. If you enjoy administration, data accuracy, organisation, and being at the centre of a busy operation, this role offers a great opportunity to develop within Planning, Logistics, and Operations.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Processing, creating, scanning, and filing operational paperwork
  • Updating production, stock, transport, and logistics systems accurately
  • Running and distributing daily and weekly operational reports
  • Supporting Planning and Logistics teams with administration
  • Maintaining organised electronic records and filing systems
  • Supporting transport and stock movement administration
  • Helping ensure operational information is accurate and up to date
  • Identifying and escalating data discrepancies or missing information

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills
