Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

Pay: £12.80 per hour + overtime + performance bonus + skills-based pay increases

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Timber Assembly Operatives to join our production team in Rodley. No experience is needed. If you are reliable, practical, and ready to work at pace, we will train you. You will be building sheds, summerhouses, and log cabins as part of a team working to clear daily targets and high quality standards. This is a physical, fast‑paced role where you will be on your feet, using tools, and working as part of a team to get orders out on time.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Building timber products using hand tools and machinery (including nail guns and saws)
  • Working on a production line to meet daily output targets
  • Following standard processes to keep quality high and rework low
  • Handling materials safely and efficiently
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
