Production Operative - Rodley, Leeds, LS13 1NP

Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm

Pay: Starting from £12.80 per hour + paid overtime + annual bonus + regular pay reviews linked to your skills and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Production Operative, you'll work alongside an experienced team manufacturing high-quality timber buildings, including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins. Your role will include:

  • Building and assembling timber products using hand tools and production machinery.
  • Operating equipment such as nail guns, saws and other woodworking tools.
  • Following production plans and quality standards to ensure every product leaves the factory right first time.
  • Working safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
  • Handling materials and components throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
  • Supporting your team to deliver outstanding products every day.
