Woodlands Home & Garden Group is a UK manufacturer of timber garden buildings, including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins. With multiple sites and continued growth, we are building a strong team across all areas of the business.
Join a growing UK manufacturer where your work directly impacts what our customers receive. This is a hands-on, late shift role working as part of the team responsible for preparing and loading our products for delivery. You will be part of the final stage before our garden buildings reach customers, where accuracy and care really matter.
THE ROLE
- Monday to Friday, 2.30pm – 11.00pm (flexibility required to finish the job).
- Salary: £12.80 per hour + 10% shift allowance (£14.08 per hour).
- Skills-based pay progression available.
- Location: Woodlands Home & Garden Group, Calverley Lane, Rodley, LS13 1NP.
What You Will Be Doing
- Picking and packing orders
- Checking and finishing timber products before dispatch
- Loading vehicles for next-day deliveries
- Using equipment such as FLTs, pallet trucks, and banding machines
- Moving vehicles within the yard (driving licence required)
- Working as part of a team to complete daily loading safely and accurately

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Flexibility to stay beyond 11.00pm when required
- A full driving licence
- FLT licence and warehouse experience are desirable but not essential
