Lead the day-to-day running of the toddler room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and wellbeing.

Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment that supports children's cognitive, physical, social, emotional and language development.

Plan and deliver exciting, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS, making the most of our outdoor environment.

Observe, assess and monitor children's progress, ensuring records and learning journeys are accurate and meaningful.

Support children with their individual needs, working closely with families and professionals where appropriate.

Build positive, professional relationships with parents and carers, sharing information about children's development and wellbeing.

Lead, motivate and support room staff, acting as a positive role model and promoting good practice throughout the team.

Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.

Contribute to creating an environment where children feel secure, valued and inspired to learn.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and passionate Toddler Room Lead to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Early Years professional to lead our toddler room, creating an engaging, stimulating and caring environment for children aged 2-3 years.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and the confidence to lead a small team while maintaining high standards of care and education.

You will be passionate about child-led learning, outdoor play and creating meaningful learning opportunities that help every child thrive.
