Our care home, situated in the Craigiebuckler area of Aberdeen, offers Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite, and Palliative care for up to 81 residents in a calm and supportive environment. We are seeking a dynamic Activities Lead to design and implement engaging activities in partnership with the Home Manager, tailored to residents’ needs and interests.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Activity Planning & Execution: Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones.
- Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets resident needs.
