Premises Cleaner - Woodlands Academy
We are looking for a Premises Cleaner to join our inclusive and nurturing family at Woodlands Academy, part of the Harbour Learning Trust.
The Role
- Location: Woodlands Academy, Grimsby
- Contract: Permanent – 10 hours per week all year round
- Salary Scale: Scale 1a, point 3 (£24,796 FTE)
- Pro Rata Salary: £6,701
- Closing Date: Midday Wednesday 15th July

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards: Use professional domestic and industrial equipment to clean floors, windows, and work surfaces to a specified quality.
- Ensure safety and hygiene: Replenish essential supplies and strictly follow Health and Safety requirements to protect our school community.
- Care for our site: Perform routine equipment checks, manage waste removal, and report any maintenance issues or vandalism promptly.
- Support our pupils: Monitor student conduct and intervene when necessary to ensure the safety and well‑being of all visitors and staff.
