The Woodland Trust is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive to help plan, develop, coordinate and deliver effective multi-channel, audience led marketing communications.

The Role:
  • Manage multi-channel marketing activities, using audience segmentation/approach.
  • Progress communications from brief to sign off, distribution and subsequent reporting.
  • Develop briefs that meet marketing objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships such as internal colleagues, agencies and suppliers.
  • Identify improvement to ways of working, systems, processes and sourcing efficiencies and implement outcomes successfully.
  • Feed into the monthly management accounts process for the communication budget and work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure spend is tracked and reported on.

This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working, and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than twice a month on average. Occasional travel to other events and locations may also be required approximately four times a year.

The Candidate:
  • Plan and deliver effective multi-channel marketing activities using an audience led approach.
  • Knowledge of how to provide advice to multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience developing briefs that meet marketing objectives.
  • Experience identifying and implementing improvements to systems, processes and sourcing efficiencies.
  • Strong organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Knowledge on how to engage with new and existing audiences.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets.
