The Woodland Trust is looking for a PA for the Executive Director of Supporter Mobilisation to provide support, handle enquires and create optimal conditions for the Director to drive and deliver on their objectives.

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day requirements of the Director including briefings, scheduling meetings, continual diary and time management support, coordinate travel plans and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support the Director by tracking actions arising from Executive Leadership Team meetings and Board meetings.
  • Timetable and co-ordinate agendas and contribute to Senior Leadership Team meetings.
  • Work with the Director to track KPI’s and reporting for the department.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with queries, actions, responsibilities and processes.
  • Identify risks and issues to projects, flagging to the Director and support in effective resolution.
  • This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required once a month on average. Occasional travel to other offices, team events and department days.

The Candidate:

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with the wider PA team to ensure best practice, sharing of ideas and knowledge transfer.
  • Experience in administrative duties at a Director support level with effective skills in time management and organisation.
  • Experience managing complex enquiries and triaging appropriately.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience planning with great organisational and customer focussed skills, including budget management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and Zoom.
