The Woodland Trust is looking for a Data Engineer to help us manage our data, keep our systems running smoothly and support with the integration of our new Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
The Role
- Monitor the data engineering support board for incoming queries and move to resolution.
- Write and create SQL scripts, queries, views, indexes and optimisations.
- Document data flows and solutions and undertake analytical tasks making sure data is up to date.
- Model data sources using techniques such as Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Schema Mappings and DDL.
- Undertake data extractions, transformations, loading (ETL), testing, unit, integration and smoke.
This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working, and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than once a month on average.
