The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Woodland Partners are delighted to be working with this rapidly expanding global Insurance group who are looking to strengthen their Risk function with the hire of a Risk Manager. Reporting into the CRO, this role will cover all areas of risk across the business. Due to expansion plans, this role is initially being offered on a 6-12 month temporary contract.
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support the full range of risk activities in the London risk team focusing on London and European companies and branches.
- Work will include risk assessments and RCSAs as well as risk deep dives on focus areas (dependent on expertise).
- Build out of risk register/framework enhancing consistency across group entities.
- Leading reviews of risk appetites and KRIs across group entities.
- Risk reviewing underwriting process and controls.
Due to the temporary nature of the role and the fact that our client is looking for someone to start ASAP, to be considered you must be either immediately available or on short notice. It is essential that you have recent experience of working in a UK Insurance Company within their risk function. Insurance experience is absolutely imperative. This role, in all likelihood, will extend further as there are exceptional opportunities within the Group.
