Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential
- Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Experience in guest services to create a welcoming environment for patrons
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory
