Woodland Group are recruiting an Ocean Export Coordinator for our Head Office in Chelmsford. Reporting to and working with the Operations Manager, the Export Coordinator will work closely with customers, clients and agents. The Export Coordinator is responsible for liaising between customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure an efficient operational service is provided.

- Manage the export process from start to finish;
- Provide transport companies with the relevant information to ensure customer delivery requirements are met;
- Complete export documentation and invoicing within the required timeframe;
You have previous experience in shipping working within a customer facing role. You have the natural ability and enjoy building and maintaining strong working relationships. You excel in a team environment as well as being able to work autonomously when required.
