FIELD ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER - CONTRACT – NORTH WALES

Our Client, an offshore oil and gas contractor, is urgently seeking a Field Environmental Manager to join the team in North Wales.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: BEng or BSc majoring in environmental or similar
  • Experience: 10 years in offshore and onshore projects
  • Certification: ISO 140001 Lead Auditor

JOB SCOPE

As Field Environmental Manager you will be part of the Health, Safety and Environmental department. You will implement HSE environment management systems in an operational context following the Company HSE guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement construction environmental management plan for onshore and offshore activities
  • Review and monitor Subcontractor compliance to environmental requirements
  • Management of site environmental issues
  • Interface and work with Clients, Subcontractors and Authorities
  • Leading the environmental team
  • Coordinate and communicate with environmental agency, local authorities, internal company’s departments, and relevant external stakeholders
  • Perform project environmental activities such as completing ENVID, Environmental Plans, Environmental Reporting including data analysis and Environmental Investigations
  • Complete onsite activities such as audits, training, regular inspections and produce reports and data

RATE: Please quote what limited company hourly rate you would be looking for.

DURATION: Start ASAP.

WORK PATTERN: 5.5 days per week onsite.
