Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we’re looking for a hands-on Contracts Surveyor & Manager to join our close-knit team. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of projects, work closely with Directors, and play a key role in the business.
The Role
You will manage the full cycle of projects from tender through to final account and oversee several live projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while protecting the company’s commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates and project budgets
- Subcontractor procurement and tender analysis
- Contract administration and variation management
- Cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Site valuations and subcontractor payment certification
- Identifying and managing risks
- Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
- Managing subcontractor performance and client relationships
- Handling variations, risk, and final accounts
You will work directly with senior leadership and site teams, giving you visibility and influence not often available in larger contractors.

- 7+ years’ experience in commercial construction
- Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
- Proven leadership across multiple sites
- Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills
