Park Holidays UK is a rapidly growing company and one of the largest providers of holiday parks across England, Scotland, and Wales. We are looking for a highly motivated Telemarketing Advisor to join our expanding team. In this role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, nurturing leads and promoting holiday home ownership. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are driven by results.

Job Duties
  • Make outbound calls to new customers and existing database leads who have expressed interest in holiday home ownership with Park Holidays UK.
  • Build relationships and follow up with leads in a timely manner to convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with park sales teams to identify and maximise opportunities for caravan sales.
  • Manage and update the lead management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets that align with the overall telesales team's objectives.
  • Visit parks to gain a thorough understanding of the product and locations to enhance your ability to sell holiday homes effectively.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, ideally from a customer service background.
  • Experience with telemarketing or outbound calls is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your approach for different customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM or lead management systems.
  • High degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual targets.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to work at least 1 evening per week.
  • Alternate weekend availability (Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-4pm).
