Overview
Park Holidays UK is seeking a talented and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, providing exceptional service to our guests, and leading your team to success.

You will be responsible for supervising bar staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that the bar is always well-stocked.
- Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring they have a memorable experience. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in serving food and drinks, ensuring they meet company standards for quality and presentation.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene across the bar area, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are kept clean and orderly.
- Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments, while ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed correctly.
- Always keep the bar well-stocked, managing inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring stock is rotated to maintain freshness.
- Supervise bar staff on shift, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard, providing guidance and support as needed, and maintaining a positive team environment.
- Provide helpful and informative advice to guests, promoting the facilities and services on offer and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Participate in and lead team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills, staying up to date with new products and services.
- Work closely with the Bar Manager to ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently, stepping in to assist with any aspect of the bar's operations as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is essential.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic numeracy skills.
