Overview
Park Holidays UK is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Holiday Home Receptionist to join our team. This exciting role offers the chance to grow within one of the largest holiday park providers in England, Scotland and Wales. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our holiday homeowners and guests receive a warm welcome, contributing to the exceptional experience that Park Holidays is known for.
Job Duties
- Providing exceptional after-sales service to caravan owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Welcoming potential holiday homeowners, handling their inquiries efficiently.
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean, well-organised, and stocked with brochures and promotional materials.
- Acting as a key point of contact between holiday homeowners and park management, helping to foster strong relationships and enhance owner satisfaction.
- Assisting the sales team by preparing advertisements, updating stock information on the company website, and supporting sales appointments as needed.
- Upholding all company policies and procedures.
- Taking the initiative to suggest and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to various tasks and changing situations.
- Maintain and improve high standards of customer service.
- Excellent PC skills, with the ability to navigate company systems and update online resources.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage appointments and effectively liaise with customers and team members.

- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
